• 72 residential units and 5 commercial units comprise the triangular-shaped site whose street façade emphasises the bend in the road by setting back at its centre to create a generous concave curve.
• The penthouses on the top level present a breathtaking panoramic view of London's skyline. Comprising a chic blend of modern and contemporary finishes, these remarkable abodes showcase an open-plan living area and kitchen, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that usher in natural light and seamlessly transition onto a private, expansive rooftop terrace equipped with its very own exclusive swimming pool.

 

 

We engaged in a collaborative effort with esteemed development stakeholders and the council to craft a truly splendid living space. The site's location and surrounding environment presented us with the formidable challenge of designing a sustainable, energy-efficient luxury contemporary building that would blend in harmoniously with the verdant space around it and become an integral part of the community.
